Kildare, our nursery has been in business since 1990 and stocks a range of hedging and native trees, including beech, laurel, yew, copper beech and trees such as Scots pine and larch. Our beech hedging is available from 2 feet to 8 feet. The larger plants are rootballed for minimum disturbance and faster establishment. Customers are always welcome to view the nursery but by appointment only, please. REMOVAL OF OVERGROWN LEYLANDII OR FROST DAMAGED HEDGES - All our hedging plants are hardy against frost and we suffered no losses on our nurseries in last winter's sub-zero temperatures. We provide a service for removing overgrown Leylandii hedges or frost damaged hedges, including shredding. We can replant with a more suitable hedge of your choice up to instant size. This service is available throughout the summer and autumn. MAIL ORDER PRICES  - Our online shop selling smaller bareroot hedging plants for delivery in October is open for orders. If you require hedging immediately, please phone us to enquire about container grown plants and hedging suitable for summer planting. If you have a large garden or property, you can choose from our selection of trees suitable for shelter-belts, avenue planting and for planting as single specimens. The soil is enclosed in netting that biodegrades when planted. For an instant effect, you should use mature hedging plants. We specialise in beech, copper beech, laurel and yew. These all come root-balled.
